Autumn Look in Japan
We have spent the last two weeks living out my dream of Autumn in Japan! I know a lot of people head to the country for cherry blossom season (which is also high on my bucket list) but not many people think of Autumn there too. We started up in Hokkaido, then to Kyoto and Osaka, and now we’re in Tokyo! I’ll be writing a full blog post guide on our trip when it’s over but for now, I wanted to share one of my favourite looks for Autumn. Plaid skirts are such a huge trend here that I’ve fully embraced them – and LOVE them. This one I’m wearing I have actually found on Amazon for under $25 (!!!) and so flattering. All you need is to pair it with a cosy knit and OTK boots and you’re good to go. Such a simple, but super cute seasonal look.
GIMME ALL THE PLAID
Speaking of over the knee boots, these ones I have are from ASOS and I do love them, but they’ve started to fall down (is there anything worse?) so I’ve linked a few of my other favourite pairs. I wore them on top of jeans and unfortunately, I think they stretched a bit!
Lastly, the knit – oh my god. I’ve been wearing this one nearly every single day whilst in Japan. It’s SO warm, soft and cosy. Sometimes even warmer than my coat!
