Welcome To The New Sunday Chapter

I am so excited to finally bring you the new and improved Sunday Chapter! This is something I've been working on for quite some time now behind the scenes. I think after many years, the website needed a complete refresh and rebrand. The old design had served me well but just didn't feel very fitting anymore and had me uninspired.After all, this blog is my career and passion and I want to make it the best it can be. It's no secret I've been a bit slack when it comes to writing blog posts, alike many bloggers after the popularity of Instagram, and I want that to change. Sunday Chapter began solely as a blog and will always be one.If you take a little look around, you'll also notice a completely new 'about me' page and I wanted to share a few things I wrote there, mainly about the reason why I blog, and why this website is so special to me. I feel that's pretty important and I've never really shared on here!Ever since the early days of MySpace or LiveJournal (if anyone else remembers...?!), I’ve always been apart of platforms that allowed me to express how I felt – whether it was about my day, something I bought or or was loving. My heart leaps with excitement when someone tags me wearing a dress they purchased because of me or visited a travel destination I’ve shared. Maybe it has all stemmed from my dream of working at a magazine. I love the process of creating a story with beautiful imagery, setting a mood and reading how the audience (you!) responds to it.[columns_row width="half"][column][/column][column][/column][/columns_row]I think nowadays people get so focused on just Instagram and how to grow on there. I think that's the wrong way to look at things if you're trying to build a brand out of a blog. Instagram is just one platform and one stepping stone along the way.Whether you're someone who leaves a comment on my posts or actively follows in silence, I wanted to create this new website design for you, my loyal and supportive readers.
