I'm Co-Hosting a Social Media Retreat in Bali
I'm so excited to finally announce I'll be co-hosting a social media retreat in Bali (which is, as most of you know, one of my favourite places) with Institute of Code!If you had told me a few years ago that I would be working for myself, getting paid to travel the world and work with my dream brands - I would’ve thought you were crazy. I started blogging as a passion project in 2014 & over the past 4 years it's grown into my full-time career. I can only imagine how much easier my journey would have been if I had someone to guide me, rather than figuring it all out (slowly!) on my own. This is honestly a course like no other with a lot of one-on-one. It's completely immersive. It's not a 9-5 (which is quite fitting if you ask me given the industry). This course is not an e-book. We will teach you all the tools you need and you will actually perform them with us. You'll not only be learning to edit photos and create a media kit, you'll actually be doing it.
The course runs for 10 days from November 17th - 26th 2018. As I said, it is based in Bali so you will need to be there during those dates. The cost of the course is $4,500 USD which covers the cost of the course, accommodation and food.
the villa, food & extras
The course will be set in a stunning private pool villa in Canggu, Bali, which we will call our home and campus for the 10 days of the retreat. There will be a team of chefs who will serve up Instagram-worthy meals, fresh fruit smoothies and cold ice-lattes. There will be butlers and even an on-site masseuse, helping to create the ultimate learning environment. If only school sounded something like this, I might've actually wanted to attend – haha.Every second day we will get the chance to step out of the classroom and head out to some of Bali's most beautiful spots (waterfalls, rice paddies, over sunset cocktails at an ocean-front bar, water temples, etc) to practice your photography skills. You'll learn how to get comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it by getting one-on-one feedback.
This course is for those of you who are serious about building a brand. Those of you who are ready to learn and launch your career.
